Can someone connect me with a legitimate book/bookie that can actually square up

Hey guys I know it’s a long shot, but my previous book is no longer up and running and was hoping someone can point me in the direction of a legitimate book. I’m located in Southern California so the online options aren’t a thing for me. I’d prefer someone local but am open to all options if legit. I wager 2-6k a game and always square up in time, I can provide all my personal info as well for safety. If you can put me in contact please reach out.

You need a phone in the desert.
Equipment:
Inexpensive Android phone.
12V solar panel, like the ones at Harbor Freight.
Car phone charger- 12V to 5V.
Waterproof, camouflageable package for this setup.
Load an app called Teamviewer on the phone, pick a strong password and record the login info. Now, you're going to move your equipment to the desert in Arizona, where all the major online sportsbooks operate. Hide it so passers-by won't see it, but in a place where it will get sunlight and with a strong cellular signal. Make sure you're well into Arizona by a few miles, so it won't get any California towers.
Now go back home, and with the Teamviewer app on your laptop or desktop, log into your phone! Load the sportsbook apps, and when it verifies you it will think you're in Arizona. Now you can bet on anything you want without getting involved with an illegal bookie, although I cannot guarantee you will not be doing anything illegal.
Just a couple of security things- always lock the phone remotely when you are not using it, back up all passwords and accounts on some other device, and before opening your apps or doing any betting, check the GPS coordinates of the phone to ensure it is exactly where you left it and not in the possession of someone else waiting for you to unlock it. You can practice using Teamviewer (or some other equivalent package) to do all the things with your solar phone setup with the phone right outside your door before you deploy it to Arizona.
Or if you don't want to do all the fun outdoors stuff, just send your Teamviewered phone to someone who lives in a state with online sports betting, have them stick it in a corner plugged in, and there you go, same process. Then, if you want you can connect to the book at home through a VPN pointed at that state, and use the phone just for 2FA geolocation which they use to verify you are in that state.
